GRILLED AND COATED PINEAPPLE

PREPARATION:

COAT: Combine the rum, lime juice, honey and mix well. Cut the pineapple in four or more and take out the middle part.

GRILL: Grill the pineapple in medium / high heat and brush with the coat until it heats and becomes slightly toasted.

SERVE: Serve hot, splashed with the remaining coat mixture.

1 medium peeled pineapple
3 tbsp of rum
1 tbsp lime juice
3 tbsp honey
