GRILLED RAZOR FISHSeafood does not need many ingredientes, therefore the simpler the better. This dish can also be an appetizer. PREPARATION: GRILL: Leave the razor fish soaking in salted water to remove the sand. Take out and place on the grill on high fire with shell facing down.
