GRILLED MUSSELS
WITH HERB BUTTER

Maybe you never thought to make mussels on a grill, but it’s very easy and inexpensive. This recipe can also be done with clams and it can served as a meal or appetizer.

PREPARATION:

SAUCE: In a pan place the butter and place on low fire not to burn (it can be placed on top of the grill). When it’s melted
place some of the herbs, lemon juice, stir and reserve.

GRILL: Place the mussels on a high fire and let cook until they open. Also place the lemons with the cut part facing down.

SERVE: As soon as they are open, take the mussels with tweezers and place them o platter and pouring the sauce on top.
Decorate with a little more parsley and coriander and serve immediately.

1,5 kg clean mussels
Butter
Chopped parsley and coriander
2 lemons
