GRILLED TUNA WITH SESAME

PREPARATION:

SEEDS: Place a dry skillet on the grill and slightly toast the sesame seeds, shaking often to avoid burning. Reserve.

GRILL: Rub the tuna steaks with olive oil or sesame oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill in medium / high fire on both sides in order to toast on the outside and be rare on the inside. We think that it will be tastier and juicy this way, but it’s your choice.

SERVE: Take the steaks from the grill, place them on a platter or in individual plates and spread the sesame seeds and the chives on top. Cut into small slices (as in the photo) and serve with some soya sauce.

 

 
INGREDIENTS (4 PEOPLE)

4 very fresh tuna steaks 4/cm thick Sesame seeds
Olive oil (or sesame oil)
Soya sauce
Salt and ground pepper
Finely cut chives
