LAMB CHOPS WITH ROSEMARY

This mediterraneum seasoning goes very well with any cut of lamb, but also with other meats such as rabbit.

PREPARATION:

MARINATE: In a platter put the lamb chops, the vinegar, the garlic, and the rosemary. Involve everything well and leave marinating preferably for 2 hours, turning once in a while.

GRILL: Take the meat out of the marinate, season with salt and pepper and grill on medium fire. The meat should be slightly pink in the middle.

1 kg lamb chops
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar (or cream)
Chopped fresh rosemary leaves
Chopped garlic

Salt and ground pepper
