RIBS WITH HOT BARBECUE SAUCE

PREPARATION:

BBQ SAUCE: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Taste and correct quantity of any ingredients to your taste. Cut the spare ribs in smaller pieces and involve in half the marinate. Let stand in the fridge for at least one hour.

GRILL: In very low fire, start grilling the pieces of the ribs with the bone down. Meanwhile constantly brush the meat with the remaining BBQ sauce, and turn frequently in order not to dry the meat.

SERVE: When the ribs are grilled, cut the ribs apart individually and serve with the rest of the BBQ sauce.

 

 
INGREDIENTS (4/6 PEOPLE)

2 pieces of spareribs
350 ml ketchup
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar (or regular sugar)
1 tsp piripiri powder (or 2)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp mustard
Salt and ground pepper
