PORK CHOPS WITH MUSTARD
AND ROSEMARY

PREPARATION:

MARINATE: Give a cut on the skin of the pork chops so they don’t shrink and rub them with the mustard, the rosemary and season with the pepper (you don’t need salt because the mustard is salty). Place on a tray and let marinate for 2 hours.

GRILL: Grill over medium fire until they are firm but lightly pink on the inside so that they are juicy.

 

 
INGREDIENTS (4 PEOPLE)

4 pork chops with
2/3 cm thickness
3 tbsp mustard (with grain)
Fresh rosemary chopped
Ground pepper
