CHICKEN ON A BEER CAN

This chicken is very simple to prepare and very fun to watch, because it looks like it’s sitting. The beer leaves the meat very moist because it’s going to evaporate with the heat, but you can also use orange juice, apple or coke, etc.

PREPARATION:

SEASONING: Rub the chickens inside and out with the olive oil and the rub with salt, pepper, garlic and chili powder.
Don’t forget the inside.

PREPARATION: Drink half the cans of beer and place inside the garlic and rosemary. Place the chickens on the beer cans
(as shown in the photos) and a piece of orange in the neck in orde for the juice to drain inside.

GRILL: Place the chickens and the cans carefully on one side of the grill with the heat indirectly at low temperature (see how in the techniques). Once in a while turn them carefully to toast on all sides. When almost cooked, place the rest of the orange to grill a little.

SERVE: After well grilled, remove the chickens carefully for the heat and let cool until you can take them from the beer cans.
Cut them into pieces, and squeeze the orange juice over and serve.
