YOGURT AND MINT SAUCE

The yogurt mixed with mint is a refreshing combination that goes well not only as meat dishes, as serves as a great accompaniment to grilled vegetable dishes and potatoes.

PREPARATION:

Drain the Yogurt: Drain the water from the yogurt.

MINCE THE MINT: Wash and dry the mint. Pluck the leaves and chop them very finely chopped.
Stir the yogurt and cream. Add the olive oil, lemon and mint juic , and season with salt and a little pepper. Add the amount of lemon juice to taste.

3 dl of natural Greek yoghurt
2 tablespoons cream
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice tea
1 mint branch salt
Ground pepper at the time
