POTATO SALADE WITH BACON

PREPARATION:

POTATOES: Cut the potatoes in quarters and cook for 10 minutes (do not overcook), drain and reserve.

BACON: Grill the strips of bacon until they are crispy. Cut them into small pieces.

SAUCE: In a bowl mix the mayonnaise with all the other ingredients, taste and correct the seasoning if necessary.

SERVE: Place the warm potatoes in the sauce, add the cut bacon and mix gently with your hands.

 

 
INGREDIENTS (4/6 PEOPLE)

6 medium new potatoes (unpeeled)
200 g mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard (or 2)
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and ground pepper
6 bacon strips
Chopped parsley
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp vinegar
