POTATO SALADE WITH BACONPREPARATION: POTATOES: Cut the potatoes in quarters and cook for 10 minutes (do not overcook), drain and reserve. BACON: Grill the strips of bacon until they are crispy. Cut them into small pieces. SAUCE: In a bowl mix the mayonnaise with all the other ingredients, taste and correct the seasoning if necessary. SERVE: Place the warm potatoes in the sauce, add the cut bacon and mix gently with your hands. |
