ASPARAGUS WITH PISTACHIOS AND LEMON SAUCE

PREPARATION:

SAUCE: Combine the olive oil, lemon and mustard in a bowl, mix well. Taste and if necessary adjust the quantities. Reserve.

GRILL: On a medium fire, grill the asparagus and turn occasionally. They should be tender and have the grill marks,
but don’t let burn.

SERVE: Place the asparagus on a platter, cover with the sauce and sprinkle with the pistachios. Serve immediately.

 

 
INGREDIENTS (4 PEOPLE)

800 g asparagus
(cut without the stalk)
3 tbsp roughly cut pistachios
3 tbsp olive oils
Lemon juice
1 tbsp mustard
