WINGS FROM HELL

We love these hot wings. They are a spectacular appetizer for the braver, but even if you are not fond of chili you will also love them.

PREPARATION:

GRILL: Season the wings with salt and pepper and grill over medium fire so that they are well cooked inside, but not burnt on the outsider.

SAUCE: While the wings are grilling make the sauce. Take the seeds from the chili and chop them and place them in a bowl together with the olive oil, the mustard, the vinegar and the oregano. Mix well, taste and correct the ingredients to your taste. Reserve.

SERVE: After grilling the wings, place them in a platter with the sauce on top. Squeeze the lemon over and finish off with a little parsley or chives.

 

 
INGREDIENTS (4 PEOPLE)

800 g chicken wings (without the end) 2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp mustard
4 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp oregano
2 fresh chili pepper finely chopped
1 lime (or lemon)
Parsley
Salt and ground pepper
