PREPARATION: GRILL: Season the wings with salt and pepper and grill over medium fire so that they are well cooked inside, but not burnt on the outsider. SAUCE: While the wings are grilling make the sauce. Take the seeds from the chili and chop them and place them in a bowl together with the olive oil, the mustard, the vinegar and the oregano.
