SHRIMP AND LEMON KEBABS

PREPARATION:

MARINATE: In a platter (or a zip bag) mix the lemon juice and zest, garlic, olive oil and add the shrimp. Mix everything well and let marinate at least 2 hours in the fridge.

GRILL: Place the shrimp on the skewer (if they are wood leave them soaking in water 20/30 minutes in order not to burn) and grill in high fir seasoned with salt and pepper. Do not allow to grill too much.

800g peeled shrimp
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt
Ground pepper
